Defining your target audience is one of the most important steps as a business. It will help shape your strategy, marketing and branding, in fact it will shape your business.

What is the problem that your business fixes? Who does this problem affect? Who has the most to gain from your business? Who does your competition target? Is your competition overlooking an audience segment? Is your target audience feasible and can you reach them?

Once you have answered these questions you will have a broad outline of a target audience.
